We are looking for enthusiastic freshers / entry-level candidates to join our team as BPO Telecallers in India. This role requires individuals who are passionate about customer service and are eager to learn and grow in the BPO sector.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update them as necessary.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets as set by the management.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines during interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build rapport with clients.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.Proficient in using computers and common software applications (MS Office, CRM systems).Ability to handle calls in a polite and professional manner.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.Good listening skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.Education
