We are looking for enthusiastic BPO Telecallers to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are looking to kickstart their careers in customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system accurately.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language).Strong listening skills to understand customer needs effectively.Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Education
