Sales Targets & Performance Metrics :
- Drive business through multiple channelsBank Branches, RRBs, Bank Subsidiaries and Corporate Tie-upsensuring each channel is optimized for productivity and efficiency.
- Develop deep partnerships with key stakeholders in Banks and Corporates to drive collaboration, resolve escalations, and build long-term value.
- Establish and drive sales targets across multiple channels, new card sales, and Corporate Card Acquisitions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Spearhead growth initiatives for Banca partnerships, RRBs (Regional Rural Banks), and Corporate Card Programs, optimizing performance and expanding market reach.
- Monitor and evaluate Sales performance metrics, including CIF (Cards in Force) and new card sales, to ensure continuous growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance Card penetration within targeted corporate segments, driving both volume and profitability across the entire portfolio.
Sales Strategy Development :
Prepare and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the portfolio of Credit Cards across existing and new geographies.Develop and execute an integrated sales strategy that leverages banca channels to achieve Credit Card Acquisition targets and revenue growth.Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of sales objectives across both banca and direct sales channels.Identify opportunities for expansion, customer acquisition, and market penetration.Banca Partner Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at parent banks, negotiating agreements and aligning on sales goals.Monitor and optimize the performance of bancassurance channels to achieve maximum sales potential.Corporate Relationship Management :
Develop and manage Corporate Sales strategy by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing large corporate clients for salaried segment credit card sourcing.Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.Revenue Growth and Performance Optimization :
Drive Banca Sales & Corporate Sales to achieve or exceed revenue and acquisition goals across various zones.Own and execute an operational plan by translating the strategic goals into monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by zone / regions.Analyze and adjust sales strategies based on performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.Monitor sales funnel, conversion rates, and other KPIs to improve sales efficiency.Sales Reporting and Analytics :
Supervise the preparation of regular sales reports, dashboards, and analytics for senior leadership, tracking progress against sales targets, customer acquisition, and product performance.Ensure the usage of data and insights to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes.Compliance and Risk Management :
Ensure all sales initiatives comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.Work closely with compliance and risk management teams to mitigate potential risks associated with sales practices.People & Talent Management :
