Looking for TA professional having experience in end-to-end IT recruitment / Non IT, stakeholder management
What You'll be doing :
- Strong understanding of recruiting process and best practices
- Experience in recruiting for mid-senior positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Requirements :
