Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure under pressure.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Skills Required
