Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to drive improvements.Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.Skills Required
