As a Lifestyle Concierge , you will be the trusted advisor for ultra-high-net-worth and high-profile customers, delivering world-class service through phone, email, and chat. You'll handle lifestyle and travel requests with care, creativity, and attention to detail — turning everyday moments into extraordinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and fulfill customer requests across travel, dining, entertainment, shopping, and lifestyle services.
• Communicate promptly and professionally through multiple channels.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding customer preferences and anticipating needs.
• Represent client brands with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion.
• Research, recommend, and book experiences using internal and external resources.
• Apply sound judgment when handling sensitive or escalated situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in company systems.
