Purpose of the position / Job Description
Location - Faridabad
Ensure customer satisfaction by courteously greeting customers and promptly escorting them to their seats : You will manage the club reception. Thus, As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you are expected to handle administrative tasks and support other departments in everyday chores.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records.
2. Manage administrative chores and organizational tasks.
3. Create a welcoming, professional environment for members and customers.
4. Managing the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy.
5. Greeting and welcoming clients, customers and visitors courteously and professionally.
6. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member / department.
7. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
8. Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organizing files and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications
Hotel Management Graduate / Diploma / Certificate
Key Competencies Required
exceptional customer service, effective communication (Written & verbal), problem-solving, adaptability, team building, industry knowledge, attention to detail, and ethical conduct, demonstrate good listening skills, Strong interpersonal communication skills, Ability to follow policies and procedures, Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
Relevant Experience
2–8 years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles
