What You’ll Do :

• Co-own parts of the product roadmap across enrollment, claims, flexible benefits, and affinity programs.
• Build experiences that connect wearables, fitness goals, and wellness rewards into a single journey.
• Work with design, tech, and data teams to simplify complex workflows and make benefits feel effortless.
• Partner with wellness brands to deliver richer integrations and smarter recommendations.
• Dive into data — track engagement, drop-offs, and usage to improve outcomes for users.
• Write crisp user stories, define success metrics, and help ship features that make an impact.

About the Role :

We’re building the next generation of broker tools — where learning, quoting, and insights come alive through intelligent automation. As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll work across our Learning Management System, Quote Management workflows, and Insights Portal to make data more accessible, contextual, and conversational through AI and large language models (LLMs).
