AI Expert Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to build production-grade components for our AI-first, data-centric platform. The ideal candidate will implement agentic capabilities, integrate knowledge-graph reasoning, and instrument robust evaluation and observability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement Intent, Planner, and Router / Composer agents with typed JSON I / O, retries / timeouts, and idempotency.
• Generate correct graph queries from planner outputs and perform subgraph extraction.
• Implement document prep, chunking / embeddings, hybrid retrieval and reranking.
• Tune prompts, routing policies, temperature / top-p settings, and caching.
• Integrate test sets and scoring, enable automated re-evaluation on any change.
• Instrument traces / metrics / logs and surface cost-per-answer dashboards.
• Enforce policy-as-code and entitlement checks, PII / PHI handling, content moderation, and HITL approval prompts.
• Maintain API / connector schemas and docs.
