Senior Technical Consultant

Moveworks is an enterprise agentic AI platform for employee support across all departments. It offers an AI assistant that integrates with all applications in a company and helps employees to find information, take actions, and receive notifications – all via a single chatbot.

89 Solutions provides expert implementation and integration services for Moveworks. Our goal is to help customers maximize the value of their investment.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

You will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform (on-the-job training)
Work on new Moveworks implementations for customers (greenfield projects)
Build AI agents on the Moveworks platform using Agent Studio (brownfield projects)
Conduct technical analysis and workshops with customers to design the integrations for these AI agents
Prepare Solution Design document for the AI agents and their supporting integrations
Lead successful implementation of the AI agents & integrations by working closely with your team as well as key customer stakeholders
Utilize your software development skills to enhance 89 Solutions's product portfolio
Work closely with international colleagues and customers

This is a great role to learn Moveworks - the leading enterprise Agentic AI platform.

Qualifications :

3+ years of back-end software development experience in Python

Experience with solution design, preferably for integrations. Experience with creating solution design diagrams.

Strong experience with APIs and integrations : understanding of API technologies, authentication mechanisms, JSON & XML, API tools like Postman or Insomnia

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or similar areas

Excellent written and communication skills, Great technical documentation skills, Analytical thinker and good problem-solving skills

Bonus Points for :

Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services company

Development experience on at least one cloud platform – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP)

Experience building integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP suite, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle etc.
