Associate Consultant – SuccessFactors

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced

HR professional

with

2–3 years of core HR experience

and

hands-on exposure to HRMS tools

such as

SuccessFactors (SF), Keka, Zoho, Workday , or similar platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of HR operations, employee data management, and process automation within HR systems. You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of HRMS modules.

Key Skills & Requirements :

2–3 years of experience in Core HR operations

Practical knowledge of HRMS platforms (SF, Keka, Zoho, Workday, etc.)

Strong understanding of HR processes and data management

Excellent communication and coordination skills
