We’re hiring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant Professionals to join our growing team in Pune.

Notice Period : Immediate / 30 Days preferred

Location : Pune

Role Overview :

We’re looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant who can :

  • Review and correct configurations
  • Perform data migration using templates for EC and Time Off modules
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align tech solutions with strategic goals
  • Optimize and administer HR systems with ongoing enhancements
  • Deliver high-value HR tech solutions and process improvements

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s in MIS, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Strong configuration and data migration expertise
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of HR tech trends and global HR systems
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
