The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for customers and sales team. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales teams
- Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM software
- Make outbound calls to prospects and clients
- Assist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databases
- Prepare and execute proposals and quotations
- Work with sales team and assist them to help them to convert the stages in the sales process faster and bring it to closure stage faster
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Attend clients visiting the experience center and tell them about different products
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 1-3 years in sales coordinationExcellent customer service and sales skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM and sales softwareWell-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
