Job Title : US IT Recruiter (Mid-Level 3 positions)

Location : Hyderabad, Onsite

Employment Type : Full-Time

Night shift.

Exp : 0-3 yrs exp only.

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our staffing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market , focusing on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT positions . You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with consultants, clients, and account managers to ensure timely and quality submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment (W2 / 1099 / C2C) .
• Must have proven experience in submitting candidates on W2.
• He / she must be able to work on IT / Non-IT roles
• Strong understanding of US Tax Terms, Work Visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) , and compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and major job portals .
• He / she must be committed and dedicated to work.
• If needed, he / she must stretch the extra hours or need to work over the weekend.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a strong go-getter attitude.
