Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Recruiter with strong expertise in US IT Staffing . The role requires handling end-to-end recruitment for SAP requirements, from sourcing to successful placement. The ideal candidate should have proven experience working with direct clients, tier-1 vendors, and be able to deliver quality submissions within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP requirements (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement).
- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn), networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, project experience, and suitability for client needs.
- Negotiate salary / rate, relocation, and availability with consultants.
- Coordinate interview schedules, track submissions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Managers for understanding client requirements.
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, and submission trackers.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal recruitment processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter in US IT Staffing .Strong expertise in SAP recruiting across modules (Functional, Technical, Basis, HANA, etc.).Solid understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in US time zones (Night Shifts) .Proven track record of closures in SAP roles.Proficiency in MS Office, ATS / CRM systems (CEIPAL, Bullhorn, etc.).
