Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle real-time on-trip queries from customers.
  • Handle real-time on-trip queries from customers.
  • Manage escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport providers to resolve urgent issues.
  • Provide immediate assistance for any itinerary changes or disruptions.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with customers to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Document all queries and resolutions for continuous service improvement.
  • Work closely with the day shift team to ensure smooth handovers.

Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, travel operations, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with travel bookings, reservations, and emergency handling.
  • Ability to work independently and make quick judgments.
  • Customer-first approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
