Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed pricing and sales analysis for assigned brands and marketplaces
- Own and drive sales target achievement for designated venues
- Manage selling accounts across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, including catalogs, promotions, and returns
- Handle account notifications , IP issues, and maintain overall account health and compliance
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and RMA documentation for assigned venues
- Manage and resolve escalations efficiently and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate and updated product listings
- Coordinate with logistics partners for shipping, customs clearance, and related reporting
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for growth and improvement
