Logistics Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our company’s supply chain and logistics operations. The role involves managing warehousing, transportation, and distribution while ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and internal departments.
• Manage vendor and carrier relationships to ensure optimal service levels.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Oversee order processing, shipment scheduling, and tracking systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align logistics with overall business goals.
• Handle customs documentation and regulatory compliance for imports / exports (if applicable).
• Supervise and train logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
