We, are now looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager to strengthen our online operations, streamline supply chain processes, and lead operational excellence across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Owning the whole end-to-end B2C and B2B supply chain
• Managing inventory and order fulfilment at warehouses in different cities
• Processing orders and coordinating with warehouse for order fulfilment
• Managing logistics and coordinating with courier partners.
• Managing inventory and ensuring stock availability.
• Generating MIS reports related to logistics, inventory, orders and other operations.
• Processing B2B orders and coordinating with logistics.
• Interacting with customers and addressing their queries and concerns related to logistics.
• To keep inventories up to date, record daily shipments and deliveries.
• Reconciliation of invoices relating to operations and logistics.
