Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gudur,Andhra Pradesh for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage logistics teams, and ensure efficient supply chain processes. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role also involves implementing operational policies, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and continually improving the logistics process.

Qualifications

• Previous Experience in Amazon Last Mile Operations is a Big Plus
• Must have previous experience working in an any e-commerce last mile role
• Experience in logistics management, supply chain management, and operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate with clients and vendors and manage effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment
