About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and street-smart Export Sales Executive to join our growing international sales team. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in English communication (written & verbal) , possess strong Excel skills , and have prior experience working in an export house . This role requires a resourceful, multi-diverse individual who can effectively handle international clients, coordinate shipments, and drive export sales.
Key Responsibilities Manage and develop export sales across international markets.
Handle client communication with professionalism, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain sales reports using Excel.
Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with overseas clients.
Negotiate contracts and manage order fulfillment in line with compliance and export regulations.
Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
Key Requirements Graduate / Postgraduate in Business / International Trade or related field.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) .
Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an export house or international sales environment.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage deadlines effectively.
Street-smart, adaptable, and capable of handling diverse situations with a proactive approach.
