About the Role : We are hiring for an experienced and visionary Principal with 10+ years of experience at a leading school who can lead with integrity, innovation, and inspiration — someone who views education not merely as teaching, but as a mission to empower future generations.Woman candidates are preferred .

Location : HMEL ,Raman ,Punjab

Responsibilities :

  • Provide visionary leadership and ensure academic and operational excellence.
  • Mentor, motivate, and build a culture of continuous learning among teachers.
  • Represent the school as an educational thought leader and uphold its core values.
  • Drive innovation while maintaining a strong foundation of discipline and care.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience as Principal at leading school in school education at a leading school is mandatory .
  • Postgraduate with B.Ed. / M.Ed. (Ph.D. preferred).

    • Required Skills :

  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and people management skills.
  • Woman candidates are preferred .
  • Proven expertise in academic leadership, curriculum innovation, and team building.
