RPA Lead (UiPath and Power Automate)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RPA Lead to join our team. As the RPA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of robotic process automation solutions to streamline business operations. You will lead a team of RPA developers, collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process automation requirements, and implement effective automation solutions to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the RPA team in the development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using platforms such as Power Automate and UiPath.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities and ensure the design and implementation of RPA solutions align with business goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with best practices.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to RPA developers and analysts, ensuring they follow coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices.
• Oversee the management of RPA projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and tracking project milestones.
• Perform process assessments to analyze business requirements and identify processes suitable for automation.
• Conduct regular reviews and performance tuning of implemented bots to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with IT, business analysts, and other technical teams to ensure integration and seamless functionality across systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve RPA bot issues and performance-related problems to maintain business continuity.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation on RPA projects to senior management and stakeholders.
