RPA Developer SBPA

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using RPA and SBPA frameworks.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate .
• Integrate RPA solutions with other technologies (AI / ML, OCR, APIs, ERP systems) to enhance automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable automation solutions.
• Ensure bots are robust, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Maintain, monitor, and improve deployed bots; handle incident and change management for RPA solutions.
• Document technical designs, development processes, and user manuals.
• Participate in code reviews, peer testing, and support training efforts for end users.
