Job Summary :
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer with strong design, prototyping, and front-end development skills.
You will play a key role in shaping user experiences and interfaces for our digital products.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, collaborative, and capable of balancing aesthetics with usability across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web, mobile, and software applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, iconography, and mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Apply usability principles and best practices to deliver high-quality designs that improve user experience.
- Translate business and user requirements into effective, elegant UI designs.
- Stay updated with current trends in UI / UX design, responsive web design, and interaction design.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Contribute to and maintain the brands visual style and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Required Experience and Qualifications :
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UI / UX design within a product or SaaS company.Proficiency in design tools : Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.Strong front-end development skills : HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, ReactJS, Git.Experience with WordPress and WIX for building and managing website content.Strong understanding of responsive web design and accessibility standards.Solid knowledge of branding, brand design, and marketing integration.Excellent portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across platforms.Strong communication and collaboration skills with a user-first mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Preferred Skills (Optional) :
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.Animation or motion design experience using tools like After Effects or Lottie(ref : hirist.tech)
