• Experience : 3 -6 years
• Location : Mumbai (Hybrid)
• RM : Manager – Sales and Business Head – Technology & Automation
• Candidate Industry : KPO / IT / AI / Research / Consulting
• Responsibilities :
• Identify and engage potential international clients across sectors with a focus on AI-driven solutions and services. Research their business needs and map AGR’s offerings to their challenges.
• Initiate and manage outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to decision-makers, effectively articulating the value of AI and data-based solutions.
• Nurture leads and manage pipelines — qualify prospects, set up meetings for the sales team, and ensure smooth handovers.
• Conduct account profiling, contact discovery, and CRM management, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining client information for follow-ups and marketing programs.
• Work closely with the AI solutions team to understand evolving service offerings and adapt outreach narratives accordingly.
• Exposure to international prospects (North America, Europe, APAC) is preferred.
• Personal Attributes :
• Adaptable and flexible — ability to thrive in a fast-evolving AI business environment.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills — confidence in articulating technology concepts to business leaders.
• Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms, and AI tools.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Curious and self-driven, with a learning mindset toward new AI use cases and solutions
• Ability to work against tight goals & deadlines.
