Technical Skills & Responsibilities

Hands-on experience using Architecture tools for creating application portfolios, technical debt tracking, and capability mapping.

Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture and managing strategic architecture objectives.

Expertise in Capabilities-Driven Portfolio Management.

Map business capabilities to platforms, applications, and projects.

Partner with portfolio management teams to prioritize investments based on capability gaps.

Provide architectural oversight for programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business value.

Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align functional and enterprise architecture objectives.

Translate business priorities into architecture requirements, ensuring cross-functional integration.

Define and track metrics and KPIs to measure business alignment and architecture outcomes.

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of technical debt across platforms and applications.

Develop technical debt remediation strategies and execution roadmaps in partnership with delivery teams.

Contribute to enterprise-wide governance frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices.

Promote architecture principles, reference models, and standards across IT and business functions.
