Why This Role : We are seeking an

IT Manager (Information Security & Compliance Lead)

to own the

strategy, implementation, and management

of OrbitronAI’s IT and security infrastructure.

This role ensures seamless

operations, governance, and compliance

with international standards ( ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR ) while supporting a fast-scaling AI company operating in

multi-cloud, multi-region environments .

You will work hands-on while also providing strategic vision across IT operations, compliance, and security.

What You’ll Do :

IT Infrastructure & SaaS Management

Oversee OrbitronAI’s enterprise SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Atlassian, ClickUp, Slack, GCP Console, GitHub Enterprise).

Optimize licensing, cost management, integrations, and data governance.

Establish data classification and access controls aligned with ISO 27001 Annex A

Device & Endpoint Management

Implement and manage MDM solutions (JumpCloud, Intune, Jamf).

Enforce security policies, patching, encryption, and lifecycle management

Identity & Access Management

Deploy and manage SSO solutions integrated with core apps.

Maintain RBAC and automate onboarding / offboarding.

Network & Security Operations

Administer VPN and network security (Tailscale, Cloudflare, firewalls).

Monitor MFA adoption, incident readiness, and security events.

Collaborate with DevSecOps for vulnerability assessments and hardening.

IT Compliance & Governance

Lead compliance programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II).

Maintain ISMS documentation, risk registers, and audit evidence.

Liaise with external auditors for certifications and surveillance.

Enforce IT policies (data retention, incident response, BCP).

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

Design and maintain BCP / DR plans for critical systems.

Conduct annual tests and report results to leadership.

Helpdesk & IT Support

Manage internal IT support via Slack / ticketing.

Define SLA targets (response

Provide in-office AV, Wi-Fi, and hardware support.

Vendor & Asset Management

Maintain asset inventory (hardware / software).

Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and compliance.

Strategic Planning & Automation

Build a 12–24 month IT & Security roadmap (scaling 100 → 400+ employees).

Evaluate emerging tech (zero-trust, AI-driven tracking).

Automate IT processes to reduce manual overhead.

What You Bring (Requirements) :

5+ years in IT leadership or senior systems administration.

Proven experience building secure, compliant IT environments in fast-growing startups or tech companies.

Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, and cloud security.

Hands-on with Google Workspace, MDM, SSO, VPNs, and multi-cloud networking.

Excellent documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Certifications :

ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor

CCNA or CompTIA Network+

CISSP or Security+

ITIL Foundation (a plus)
