Role Overview

We are seeking a

Manager – Zoho Development & IT Systems

to lead the

design, development, and optimization of Zoho-based business applications

while ensuring smooth IT systems management.

This role is

95% Zoho-focused

(development, integrations, automation, and team leadership) with

5% IT infrastructure oversight . The ideal candidate will combine

hands-on Zoho expertise

with the ability to

manage a small team, drive digital transformation, and align technology with business needs .

Key Responsibilities

A. Zoho Development & Business Applications (95%)

Lead end-to-end development, customization, and deployment on

Zoho Creator, CRM, Books, Flow, and Zoho One suite .

Gather business requirements, design scalable workflows, and deliver efficient solutions.

Implement best practices in

SDLC, version control, and documentation .

Mentor and guide a team of junior developers; review and approve technical work.

Develop and maintain

API integrations

with third-party applications.

Conduct

testing, debugging, and performance optimization .

Ensure

data security, compliance, and access control policies

within Zoho apps.

Stay updated on

new Zoho features, AI tools, and automation trends

to enhance efficiency.

Conduct

user training sessions

and support smooth adoption of new systems.

B. IT Infrastructure & Support (5%)

Oversee IT assets, networking, VPNs, and security access.

Ensure backups and IT security protocols are in place.

Liaise with vendors for IT services, renewals, and warranties.

Document IT processes and provide basic user support when required.

Key Skills & Competencies

Expert in

Zoho Creator, CRM, Books, Flow, and Zoho One applications .

Strong knowledge of

Deluge scripting, APIs, and integrations .

Proven

team leadership and project management

experience.

Experience in

workflow automation, process mapping, and system design .

Familiarity with

Agile, Git, and SDLC methodologies .

Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.

Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

5+ years of Zoho development experience , with at least

2–3 years in a leadership / managerial role .

Hands-on experience in

Zoho integrations and automation .

Zoho Creator Certified Developer

(preferred).

Additional IT or project management certifications (bonus).
