Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketer to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation , campaign optimization , and ROI-driven digital strategy , preferably in the real estate sector .

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategize, plan, and execute multi-channel paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive high-quality leads for Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Dubai markets.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, ensuring CPL and CPA targets are met.
• Build data-driven marketing funnels to attract, nurture, and convert leads.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across platforms and locations.
• Track, measure, and report on performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the creative, sales, and tech teams to improve ad performance and lead quality.
• Conduct A / B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and industry benchmarks.
