Package Specialist – Oracle Cloud HCM

Requirements & Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Experience in HCM Cloud support projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM – OTL and Absence (required)
• Additional exposure to Core HR highly preferred
• Excellent functional knowledge in Cloud HCM (OTL, Absence & Core HR)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Experience managing client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-oriented or technical discipline (or equivalent experience) preferred
• Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, ABM, OTL , and / or other HCM Cloud modules (ideal)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL (highly preferred)
• Cross-functional knowledge in other HCM modules (ORC, Time & Labor, Payroll) highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Public Sector experience (K12 Education, Federal, State, Local) highly preferred;

Private Sector experience considered
