About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Service professional to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional after-sales support and technical assistance to our customers. This role involves working closely with clients, ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of inverter systems, and contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization committed to sustainable energy solutions. The preferred locations for this role are Jaipur, Kolkata, and Indore, with flexibility for travel as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical guidance, resolving complex inverter issues, and supporting regional sales and service initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the solar industry is essential, demonstrating a strong technical background and hands-on expertise in inverter systems. Candidates should be self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently while also being a team player. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, along with the ability to travel up to 50% or more annually. Knowledge of string inverters, hybrid inverters, and utility-based projects will be considered an advantage. Candidates must also demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to technical support and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed installation instructions and conduct maintenance training for inverter systems to clients and partners.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and remote support channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting of inverter systems, including defect identification, inverter replacement, and site visits when necessary.
• Gather comprehensive after-sales support data, document case reports, and communicate findings to team leaders for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless after-sales support within designated regions.
• Maintain and update technical knowledge of string inverters, hybrid inverters, and related energy storage solutions.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in regional technical meetings, training sessions, and customer engagement activities as needed.
