About Flarize

We’re Flarize by Golden Ray — Kerala’s first tech-enabled solar platform.

We’re looking for a Founding HR Partner / HR Manager / People & Culture Lead to design hiring systems, automate HR, and grow into Head of People.

No corporate culture here — only ownership, learning, and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Run end-to-end recruitment, on boarding & HR automation (Zoho, Notion, ChatGPT, n8n).
• Build a startup culture that rewards learning and results.
• Mentor new hires & track 30 / 60 / 90-day growth plans.
• Keep HR digital and paperless — dashboards, not files.
• Lead bilingual communication ( Malayalam + English ) for hiring, on boarding, and people management.
