Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong industry connections to secure internships and placements for students. Plan, organize, and execute campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement activities. Provide career guidance to students, including resume preparation, interview skills, and career planning. Maintain updated placement records, recruiter databases, and industry contacts. Collaborate with faculty, alumni, and industry experts to enhance student employability.
Designation : Placement Officer
Qualifications & Experience :
- Master's degree in Engineering, Management, HR, Education, or a related field (Bachelor's degree with relevant experience may also be considered).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or career services (preferably in higher education).
- Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
