Key Responsibilities :
Support the full employee journey, from recruitment coordination and onboarding to engagement activities and offboarding.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring quick, professional, and caring support.
Assist in planning and executing internal initiatives, including wellness programs, recognition campaigns, and company events.
Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate performance review cycles, feedback surveys, and learning programs.
Collaborate with the HR team to strengthen team morale and communication.
Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies, while helping to keep HR operations running smoothly.
