As a YouTube SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our YouTube channel and video content to increase visibility, engagement, and subscriber growth.Key

Responsibilities : Utilize YouTube Analytics to analyze channel performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends to enhance video discoverability and ranking on YouTube.

Implement SEO best practices including metadata optimization, title and description writing, and tagging to improve search visibility and click-through rates.Ensure adherence to YouTube&aposs community guidelines and copyright policies to maintain channel integrity and compliance.Stay informed about YouTube algorithm updates, policy changes, and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with content creators, editors, and designers to develop compelling video content that resonates with our target audience.Provide recommendations for video production, editing, and optimization to improve overall channel performance.

Assist in the creation of engaging thumbnails and channel art using Canva or similar design tools.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as watch time, retention, and audience demographics to measure the effectiveness of optimization efforts.Continuously evaluate and refine SEO strategies to maximize organic reach and drive sustainable growth across our YouTube channel.

Requirements :

Proficiency in YouTube Analytics and other relevant analytics tools.Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Knowledge of YouTube&aposs community guidelines, copyright policies, and algorithm updates.Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Canva.
