Key Responsibilities :

• SEO & Optimization : Implement YouTube SEO strategies, including keyword research, video metadata optimization (titles, tags, descriptions), and A / B testing thumbnails.
• Channel Growth Strategy : Develop and execute strategies to increase views, watch time, and subscriber count organically.
• Content Planning & Scheduling : Work closely with Teachers to strategize and schedule video uploads for peak performance.
• Analytics & Reporting : Analyze YouTube Analytics, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve content performance.
