Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive, located in Mulshi. The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for managing property listings, assisting clients with their real estate needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting property viewings. Additional tasks include negotiating sales terms, preparing sales contracts, and maintaining relationships with developers and prospective buyers.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong Sales skills and ability to close deals
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Mulshi is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
