Salary : ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

Lotlite Property, a reputable real estate company based in Pune, is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. This is a field-based, on-site role that is crucial to our sales operations. You will be responsible for showcasing our properties to potential clients and helping them find their dream home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and building a strong rapport.
  • Property Tours : Conduct on-site visits to various project locations across Pune, providing detailed tours of flats and other properties.
  • Sales Process Management : Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from generating leads to negotiating terms and assisting with the final documentation process.
  • Target Achievement : Work diligently to achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Market Knowledge : Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends, property listings, and competitor activities in Pune.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Transportation : You must own and be able to ride a two-wheeler (scooty / bike) or drive a car. This is essential for traveling to project sites for client meetings.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to speak fluently in English.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in using a basic computer and Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
  • Mindset : A proactive, results-oriented, and disciplined approach to work.
  • Technology Proficiency : Comfort with using mobile applications for daily work, as your progress and location will be monitored through a tracking app to help you stay on target.
  • Compensation

    This role offers a competitive base salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month . In addition to the base pay, you will have the opportunity to earn significant performance-based incentives on every successful sale. Your hard work and dedication will be directly rewarded.
