Job Description -
Correspondence work like emails, letters, subscriptions & renewals, payment to vendors etc.
Coordinating with various departments in corporate office and as well as Units.
Filing & Tracking of reports / updates of various Business files and organizing information with quick retrieval.
Follow-ups with internal & external participants for action points.
Handling appointments, coordination for meeting, and preparation of MoMs.
Organize and scheduling meetings with CFO and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Preparing, compilation and basic analysis of data based on MS Excel
Manage travel schedules / travel itineraries, VISA, Ticketing & Hotel booking
Graduate with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience; Post-Graduate qualification in Business Management is desirable
Pleasing personality, self-driven, meticulous with attention to detail, multitasker, operate in challenging time schedule, well-spoken with good command in English, neutral accent, tech savvy
Able to conduct business communication with internal teams, consultants, bankers
Able to do correspondence with minimal supervision
Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel,PPT),capable of preparing data reports & MoMs
