Job Purpose :

The Client Servicing Coordinator supports the Client Servicing Executive by providing creative suggestions, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless client interactions.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Assist Client Servicing Executives in all client meetings.
• Take notes, document client information during meetings, and update records in company software / sheets.
• Handle all client queries and concerns efficiently.
• Provide relevant service information or refer clients to the appropriate department.
• Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management

database by entering and updating client details.
