Client Servicing Executive

Work Location : Chennai

2+ years of experience in client servicing / account management within an advertising / creative agency (mandatory)

3 LPA -4 LPA

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager -Client Services team in Chennai The ideal candidate should come with proven experience in managing client accounts

within an advertising / creative agency environment and be able to lead client relationships, ensure

smooth project execution, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong

relationships

  • Understand client objectives and translate them into clear creative briefs for internal teams
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver campaigns that meet client

    • expectations

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and

    • alignment with brand guidelines

  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients
  • Monitor campaign performance and share insights, reports, and recommendations with

    • clients

  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal stakeholders, resolving challenges

    • effectively

  • Oversee account financials – including budgets, estimates, and invoicing – to ensure

    • profitability

    Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in client servicing / account management within an

    • advertising / creative agency (mandatory)

  • Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and brand communication
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client service
