• Manage all litigation matters (product liability, labor, commercial, counterfeiting, NIA), including coordination with external counsel.
• Oversee the companys IP portfolio, trademarks, designs, and patents, ensuring protection and enforcement.
• Provide legal advice and research on statutory and operational issues impacting the business.
• Maintain effective legal documentation systems and support regulatory compliance.
• Generate and maintain MIS reports for legal tracking, risk exposure, and case status LLB or LLM qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in-house
• Good written and verbal communication skills

We work from office 5.5 days in a week
