Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all legal matters related to property acquisition, development, marketing, sales, and compliance.
• Review and draft legal documents including sale deeds, agreements, MOUs, POAs, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct in-depth property due diligence to verify title, ownership, land use permissions, and encumbrances.
• Ensure 100% compliance with applicable laws, including RERA, land acquisition laws, stamp duty and registration regulations, and municipal / legal approvals.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, including civil, criminal, and consumer court matters.
• Collaborate with external legal counsels and government departments for efficient handling of legal processes.
• Advise senior management on potential legal risks and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Maintain and manage legal records, reports, contracts, and litigation tracking logs.
• Keep abreast of new laws, judicial rulings, and policy changes affecting the real estate sector.
• Provide training and legal awareness sessions to internal stakeholders.
