eCommerce-like trusted and predictable experience. Livspace currently serves the Middle East, and
Singapore, as well as 50+ metro and non-metro areas in India. Livspace has showcased phenomenal
growth since its launch, having delivered over 120,000 rooms and selling over 5 million SKUs through
its platform. The company has raised around USD 450 million in capital from some of the top global
investors including KKR, Ingka Group Investments (part of largest IKEA retailer Ingka Group), TPG
Growth, Goldman Sachs, Kharis Capital, Venturi Partners, FFP (Peugeot Group’s Holding Company),
EDBI, Bessemer Venture Partners, Jungle Ventures, Helion Ventures and UC-RNT.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts including franchisee agreements, services,
consulting, marketing, licensing, non-disclosure and other commercial and related
agreements;
2. Advise the Company on various issues including statutes, government regulations and
contractual obligations;
3. Periodically preparing and updating the dashboard summary of the ongoing Contracts
and status update and the way forward;
4. Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational and
management databases and securely maintained;
5. Monitor critical contract obligations to assess and consider for modification, close-out,
extension, or renewals;
6. Work with external legal counsels, advisors on a need basis;
7. Build organization capability in the contract management team. This includes managing
contract life cycle- drafting, negotiating, and executing with relevant stakeholders;
8. Conduct legal workshops and make presentations to provide guidance and training on
ensuring legal compliance to various business functions;
9. Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with customers and vendors.
Required skills, education and experience :
1. LLB / LLM degree from recognized university in India.
2. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment, with an experience of 2-3 years, preferably in
a law firm.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an impeccable command over
English language.
4. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously.
5. Ability to manage and communicate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
