Job Overview

Celanese is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Power BI Developer (Advanced Specialist) to spearhead dashboard development, production support, and continuous improvement of existing Data Analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong Power BI and SQL skills, a basic understanding of ETL processes, and the ability to interact with business users for requirements gathering. This role also includes mentoring junior team members and ensuring operational excellence

Responsibilities

Dashboard Development & Enhancement

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Modify and enhance existing dashboards based on evolving business needs.
• Apply advanced DAX formulas for calculated columns, measures, and KPIs.
• Ensure visualizations are optimized for performance and usability.
• Python – At least beginner-level proficiency, with exposure to :
• Streamlit
• Pandas
• NumPy
• Matplotlib
