Job Responsibilities
As a
Talent Acquisition Executive , you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring timely and quality hiring to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
with a focus on
candidate sourcing and screening .
Develop and update
job descriptions and job specifications
with minimal input.
Conduct
initial interviews
to evaluate candidate suitability and shortlist profiles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews
with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
Utilize
social media platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
to attract top talent.
Stay updated on
CTC benchmarks and market hiring trends
through surveys and analysis.
Ensure adherence to defined
TAT (Turnaround Time)
for each recruitment activity.
Act as a
single point of contact (SPOC)
for internal teams and external candidates.
Maintain detailed
recruitment analytics and documentation
for reporting purposes.
Desired Skills
Excellent
communication and presentation skills .
High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.
Prior experience in
IT industry recruitment
preferred.
Strong knowledge of
Recruitment / HR software
and applicant tracking systems.
Analytical mindset with a
process-driven and solution-oriented approach .
Strong
decision-making and stakeholder management
capabilities.
Preferred / Value Add Skills
Experience in
IT Infrastructure ,
Cybersecurity , or
Social Media Sourcing .
Proficiency in
using AI tools
for sourcing and talent mapping.
Understanding of
industry hiring trends and digital sourcing strategies .
