Business Development Manager
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring personalized engagement and superior customer experience.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities with HNI and corporate clients to drive sales for the luxury brand.
- Ensure exceptional after-sales service and client satisfaction, upholding the prestige and exclusivity of the brand.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experienceStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesFocused and goal-orientedMust have prior experience in luxury hospitality or luxury retail background.Proven track record of handling HNI clients and corporate sales in the luxury segment.sanjana.kumari@unisoninternational.net
