Role Description

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused CRM Executive with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships, managing engagement workflows, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to build long-term loyalty among high-value and productive clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships
• Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Experience in client account management and maintaining client satisfaction
• Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively
• Basic understanding of sales processes and ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM software and office tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a related industry, is a plus
